Using the Sched App

For first time at the 2019 ACMHE Conference, attendees will have the option of using Sched to access the conference schedule. Sched is available as an app for iOS and Android as well as a website version, and it offers a few advantages over the printed program (which will still be available for those who wish to have one!):

  • Bookmark your favorite sessions to plan out your conference time using the Agenda Builder.
  • Speakers and presenters can upload bios, photos, and session materials, and can edit session descriptions directly.
  • List yourself in the attendee directory, and use the Friend Finder to see who else you know from Facebook and Twitter.
  • Attendees can offer feedback for presenters through the app.
  • View venue maps.
  • The Sched-based schedule will be updated live when changes occur at the conference (they always do!), keeping you up-to-date. You can also sign up for emailed updates and announcements about the schedule.
